Emergencies
Dr. Leatherman can be reached after hours at (440) 233-8521. You’ll be given directions on how to reach him.
In the event that Dr. Leatherman is unavailable, contact information for an alternate dentist will be provided.

Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist so we have made
requesting an appointment a simple process.
If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment,
or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing
Esthetic and restorative dentistry is an excellent investment in an individual's well-being. We firmly believe that financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining the treatment you desire. We are sensitive to the fact that patients have different needs so we provide personalized payment options for our patients. All financial discussions and arrangements are kept strictly confidential.

We work with many insurance companies and will gladly file your claim for you. Our financial coordinator will provide all necessary paperwork in an effort to maximize your benefits. Please remember that insurance is considered a method of reimbursing the patient for fees paid to the doctor and is not a substitute for payment. Insurance is a contract between the insurance company and the patient, not the dentist. The patient is responsible for all charges for dental care.

We currently have around 500 different insurance plans in our computer and there are hundreds more out there. Feel free to call our office to discuss your insurance situation with us.
